S24U- One UI 6.1.1 - Huge fingerprint issues!

Hi, everyone. Yesterday, I installed the new update for One UI 6.1, a package over 3 GB. Everything is great, except that the fingerprint sensor has stopped working correctly. Sometimes it works, but there's a significant problem with it now.

Is anyone else experiencing a similar issue?

Did you wipe the cache after the update?
My issue was resolved.
First, you need to wipe the cache. Then, after removing the registered fingers, try adding your fingers again.

You can also try going to settings. Type "reset" in the search bar.
Then, select "reset all settings."

I brought new samsung galaxy s24 ultra yesterday I'm unable to do the fingerprint. Any idea ? How much long this issue?

What specifically happens when you try to add or use the Fingerprint sensor? 

Please let us know what you've tried thus far, and please also let us know whether you've applied a screen protector to your phone's display.

Hi Paul, yes I applied screen protector before I power on the mobile. 

Iam try to do fingerprint first time but it show me please put a finger on circles. It not take scan my finger  show zero percentage.  Kindly provide me a good solution.

Ah, I see. In that case, I recommend that you ensure you have toggled Touch sensitivity ON, as some screen protectors can introduce issues where touches/inputs are not recognised as easily.

To do this, please go to Settings > Display > Touch sensitivity (toggle this ON).

After doing this, you might wish to use the Fingerprint sensor again. The handy guide below (from Samsung US) should also prove useful:
