Like the titles says, was it a scam?
Got my S24 Ultra through EE, the watch I had to claim through Samsung.
This was done successfully on the 9th February and claim was accepted, got confirmation email to confirm this.
The watch is supposed to be delivery by 20th March.
So far, I've heard nothing.
Since Tuesday, I have been unable to track the claim, I'm not getting the one time pass code, yes, I have checked my spam folder.
Was working last week.
I've contacted Samsung Live chat, robotic reply they can't check into claims.....why have Live customers service then 🙄
Have email Samsung Claims department, emailed then since Monday, so far no one has replied back.
This behaviour Samsung is outrages, I have paid Samsung for a item and expect to honour the deal.
Irony of this is, they still have claim offers on thier website if new customers are purchasing it.
Samsung had the same issue with Ultra 22, 23 but this time around it's worse.
I just want to know when will I get the watch?? A delivery date??
Been with Samsung loyal customer over 10 years, I feel like leaving Samsung and go elsewhere now.
