The S24 Series is a brand new device less than a month old. Teething issues are to be expected.
We are expecting a major update to be released later this week which will hopefully fix a number of complaints seen through this Forum. (I have read that the release is already native in Korea but haven't myself seen what's been fixed).
My device is an S25 Ultra.

Hi there, @Cheesyman. I appreciate how important it is to get the blazing fast Wi-Fi speeds the S24 Ultra is more than capable of delivering. Your phone is designed to be an upgrade in a whole host of ways, and I expect you'll appreciate it more and more when you resolve this issue and as updates/improvements are integrated over time.
Please can you elaborate on the specific issues you've encountered (e.g. which apps are not connecting to Wi-Fi), who or which Support Team advised you to turn 5hz off, and can also let us know which steps you've followed and which settings you've changed up to this point?

Microsoft apps including outlook. All BBC apps. Sky apps. In fact all media apps. I have reset the network settings. It was a Google search said to turn off the 5hz part on wifi hub. Everything works when on 4g and 5g.

Thanks for this. This is a strange issue, so I want to help you get to the bottom of it. Just a few questions, so that I get a better idea of how this is manifesting for you:
- What specifically happens when you try to access these apps via Wi-Fi? For example, do you see an error message?
- Does the issue occur on any Wi-Fi network or just your home network?
- Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the affected apps, or tried clearing the cache of the apps?
- Have you tested the Wi-Fi signal via the Samsung Members app (Load up the Samsung Members app > Support > Phone diagnostics > Wi-Fi)?
- Have you tried loading Settings > Connections > Data usage > Allowed network for apps > Click on each affected app and ensure that, instead of Mobile data only, you select either "Wi-Fi only" OR "Mobile data or Wi-Fi". It's definitely worth checking this, just in case the preferences were inadvertently changed to Mobile data only.
I look forward to hearing from you.

I would also suggest WiFi settings - three dots - intelligent WiFi scroll down and tap on intelligent WiFi 5 times and you'll see an extra WiFi tool appear (connected labs) . It's a good network tool.
