S24 Ultra wifi issues

Hey, I recently purchased a new S24 Ultra and I'm having some trouble with the wifi in my home. The phone keeps disconnecting and reconnecting, and even when it's able to stay connected, the speed is extremely sluggish when compared to other devices. It's not just my home network either, the same goes for every network I connect to.

I've tried some of the suggestions I've read on this forum but none of them have helped. Unfortunately I've had this phone for a little more than two weeks now, so it's too late for me to return it and get something that works better. 

Has anyone else had success fixing this issue? I'm not really looking forward to spending two years with an expensive phone that can't even stay connected to a wifi network 🫤

I'm sorry to learn that you are experiencing these issues with your Wi-Fi connection. 😔

I have the Samsung Galaxy s²⁴ Ultra which is on the very latest updates, and is not displaying Wi-Fi connection issues at home or while on another Wi-Fi connection.  

Can you please clarify which troubleshooting steps you have already tried, so that we are not suggesting steps that may have already tried. 

Safe Mode for example is a good troubleshooting step. 

More here > Safe Mode  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/ turns off downloaded apps and themes etc which may highlight an app or theme that's causing conflict. Alternatively long press the power off button and then long hold on Turn Off to get to Safe Mode.

If you have not already done so try resetting your settings only under reset.

Same issue, works fine on mobile data but wifi connection definitely has a problem. I understand there might be troubleshooting that might help but it's really something a user would not  have to deal with, especially for a flagship 1000+ $ phone.

Hello. I'm also facing this problem. I have tried everything I've read, I was hoping an new update would resolve the issue. I've had the phone since Late June, I thought it was an issue with my wifi at first. It's incredibly frustrating for the newest (currently) samsung phone to have such an issue. It's not ideal having to use my mobile connection pretty much all the time, I know wifi works with some applications, but the fact you have to switch between is again, very frustrating. I could only access this site with mobile Internet. Does anyone know whether this is only on the S24 ultra model, or all S24's. I wish there was a fix for this.
