S24 Ultra - weird home screen glitch

Good day. 

My colleague has received a brand new s24 Ultra today and after I have set it up, I have noticed a weird home screen glitch.

The top and the bottom of the screen are "mirrored", but different info is shown. 

It is only in the home screen. Settings page, app page have nothing like this.

I have rebooted the phone, updated to the latest software. The glitch of still there. 

Is it a shift glitch or a hardware issue?

This seems like the wallpaper itself may be a screenshot of an image. Try changing the wallpaper and see if it is still there.

I though of it after I have posted the thread yesterday, and it is a wallpaper.

Strange that the user took that photo from the screenshot
