Opening messages app,glitch occurred.Close all app,try to open the messages app,look what happen.Try 5 times 1 glitch will happen which is weird.

Could you try wiping the app cache and restarting your phone.

Long Press on the app > click the (i) button in the popup > storage > clear cache.

First i tried wipe cache partition,then after your reply i did clear messages app's storage cache and restart.But unfortunately the same glitch appears.

Any app updates on both Samsung and/or Google store?

Also, you could consider reinstalling app.
