Hello,, I've just received my S24 Ultra and compared to my S21 Ultra the colours on the S24 Ultra are washed out and not as Saturated?, I've adjusted all the display settings and still cannot get the colours to match the older S21 Ultra, I've contact samsung uk customer service they went through Smart Tutor and couldn't find anything amiss has anyone else found this to be the same on their S24 ultra? I'm not sure if Samsung UK are aware of this issue? And whether a software update will solve it?, I suspect it's the new Gorilla glass amour glass which is anti-reflective which is great but not at the expense of colour, I'm seriously considering returning the S24 ultra and keeping my S21 Ultra

Literally not the issue. I think it's safe to say most people have already tried the different toggles and modes available.

Doesn't fix problem I have eye comfort off completely (as will most) and the colours are totalkywashed out. Vivid mode doesn't work except in sme apps like going into a pic in gallery. As soon as you hit the 3 lines to close it down the pic brightness drops right back down to dim again - it brightens up when you open it in the same way.

I've done that too. It still doesn't fix vivid mode. Looks the same in natural or vivid regardless of eye comfort shield settings. It does make it look better, I agree but I still want the option to get the punchy vivid colours which eye shield setting doesn't fix.

Below, a picture taken , then displayed on both phones. s24 with eye shield - enhanced off. the punchy blue is on s23. the washed out on s24. Both maximum brightness and vivid.

I have received S24U device on 25/01/2024. The first thing I have noticed is the display of S23U looks much attractive with great colour pattern and sharpness. I kept both S23U and S24U side by side and observed that S23U colours dominates S24U. The S24U display is dull in indoors. Is there is an issue with display, others facing the same?

Any response from Samsung address this? Because this Natural look it's annoying. If they don't fix by next week I might wait another brand to release their latest and buy that.

If it's hardware issue I would like full refund and buy another phone.
