Hello,, I've just received my S24 Ultra and compared to my S21 Ultra the colours on the S24 Ultra are washed out and not as Saturated?, I've adjusted all the display settings and still cannot get the colours to match the older S21 Ultra, I've contact samsung uk customer service they went through Smart Tutor and couldn't find anything amiss has anyone else found this to be the same on their S24 ultra? I'm not sure if Samsung UK are aware of this issue? And whether a software update will solve it?, I suspect it's the new Gorilla glass amour glass which is anti-reflective which is great but not at the expense of colour, I'm seriously considering returning the S24 ultra and keeping my S21 Ultra

what's not helping at all? The new update with the vividness slider? if that's the case I guess you're entitled to your own opinion but the opinion of a lot of other people is that it does help and it makes the phone look way better.. in which I agree that it did on mine.... night and day

The recent update partially fixed the washed out issue. If the eye confort shield is on, the vividness setting is not configurable and color will be washed out again. It's not an issue on my s22 phone. Please fix it. (Mine is s24)

Yeah I realized if you go to screen mode then advanced settings, you can turn up the vividness to match the previous Samsung models
