I've been reading posts on various platforms regarding the screen differences and other problems.
DCI-P3 features /settings not functioning correctly does make sense and I've seen more evidence towards that being the problem.
I'm not sure if these help anyone but I do believe this guy has it spot on.

And just for comparison with the s23 ultra there's this side by side video.

I know it's a "speed test" but ignore that and checkout the difference in colour and brightness.

Yes... I don't have the grain issue.. and like I said, if I have it.. i don't see it with my naked eye

For me also. I really can't see it.
When I take a picture I can see some graining on the picture but in real life usage I really have no problem.

I agree the Vivid Mode on my S24 Ultra does not work.
If I don't receive a software update in 8 days I will return my phone and keep using my S23 Ultra.

There are mixed reports. But a display fix may not be happening.

I don’t have it 100%
I watched my screen in a complete dark room, with different blacks and grey and minimum but also maximum brightness. No grain at all

plus.. i use my phone at 50+ brightness 99.99% of the time.. and i don't take pictures of my display with another phone in certain conditions
i know all these issues suck on such an expensive device.. but i'm starting to use it in a normal way,not comparing with another screen every 5 minutes.. and not gonna lie. getting used to it and not hate it anymore ... but i would really really really like they would tweak the colors.. something feels off and i'm not just talking about vivid mode

i think the grain only can be seen when taking a picture with another device.. but who watches their phone thru the camera of another device?

absolutely not, it is visible to me even with the naked eye and with all colors not just grey. the lower the brightness, the more visible the grain, because as the brightness increases the grain is suppressed.
I'm waiting for official answers from Samsung and what can I do

This is false. The grain issue is very much present, and you need to stop gaslighting people who have a very valid problem with Samsungs terrible display on this fleet of s24s.
