S24 Ultra washed out colours

Hello,, I've just received my S24 Ultra and compared to my S21 Ultra the colours on the S24 Ultra are washed out and not as Saturated?, I've adjusted all the display settings and still cannot get the colours to match the older S21 Ultra, I've contact samsung uk customer service they went through Smart Tutor and couldn't find anything amiss has anyone else found this to be the same on their S24 ultra? I'm not sure if Samsung UK are aware of this issue? And whether a software update will solve it?, I suspect it's the new Gorilla glass amour glass which is anti-reflective which is great but not at the expense of colour, I'm seriously considering returning the S24 ultra and keeping my S21 Ultra

what you do here is so stupid. Global VIVID option will be ( becouse s24 basic models dont have anti reflective coating )

anti reflective coating MAKE MUCH MORE BETTER VIVID  so is Softwere error and this smatphone just come out and is normal to have some glich hickup or some like this.

Maybe from Samsung just smile

DISPAY IS RATED BEST IN THE WORLD NOW for nice reasons.

and when i read someone regret that comes from 22s oe less and he regret lol.

i will compare with s23 becouse all other compare is stupid to compare.

some even write is looking cheap and is far from truth he is just used to use vivid and now they are missing.

IF SAMSUNG DONT CORRECT THIS OR WHATEVER WHY IS THAT OPTION THERE. is there just dont uply and after all this maybe they will put ultra VIVID becouse Dynamic AMOLED 2X and anti reflective coating support that 

- titanium is more premium material

s24 ultra is with titanium frame.

- display is flat and allsl antireflecting coating Dynamic AMOLED 2X

- more optimized out of box battery 

-bigger  huge vapor chamber much more bigger than s23 ultra allmost whole smartphone.

-overclocked and little redisigned SNAPDRAGON 8 gen 3 for GALAXY that is lot faster than regular 8gen3.

-bild qulity is premium

-7 years of big software support means OS 7 os and 7 android os and much more

-and camera for videos and for some modes out of box is better and we all know how much can be imporved firther on 

-better durability

all this is comparation against s23 ultra predecesor dont need to compare with other becouse is stupid

phone will have so many software updates 

and you are all VIVID now now.

it cannot be done now or maybe they still working becouse maybe there are more issues that Samsung collect so many smartphones are not oppen ect

First thing I noticed the collors on s24+ are so blick and washed out I thought my eyes are wack!... Thank God everyone noticed the same thing!! Samsung, at least give me an option to set Vivid mode exactly the same as on previous Galaxy models!!!

That's even wallpaper, on my PC screen or iPhone all looks grate, except in s24+

Stupid is "eating the soup" that you're being fed by Samsung. Mine is being returned tomorrow. It's in the box already.

Definitly. i did endup to keep my s22 ultra, packed up my s24 ultra and did call up my carrier where i bought the phone, luckly thier return policy was better than i tought i have 30 days to return without bein' penalised. still have about 2 weeks and half but told myself i give 1 more week to samsung to adress this and then i'm done s24u will be gone. that's goin to be a first since my note 5 returning a samsung phone what a shame. my s9+, note10+ s22u all of thems still look 10x better that this hotmess of s24u

oh yeah. i will miss my s24 ultra the fact i was happy with double storage, flat screen, and maybe some ai features, but the trade off to get a dull display, and for some they have real hardware defects. that's baffle me. tought with thier note 7 faillure nothing could be worst. but this time. hard to beat. good job samsung. good job.

p.s. mblueeyesr rip your s22u 😞 ... what a shame.

Unfortunately Samsung is saying it is intended to look washed out and not glass or bug. Super bummed and thinking of staying with my Note20 Ultra or S23 Ultra.

Please keep filing error reports thru the members app. Here's the response I keep receiving. Just have to keep the pressure up and complain and light a fire under there asses to get this fixed.

Also, copy and paste the thread link in your error reports as well.
