S24 Ultra Update Issues

So after the first update which added the vividness slider, I've noticed that the call app is kind of broken, just wanted to see if anyone experienced the same.

When I get a call, only the phone vibrates, nothing else is shown on the screen. I can't see who's calling and can't answer or end the call.
So it's looks like the whole call thing is broken.

Hi @Jab7865

Did you try clearing the cache of the app and/or cache partition?

Check this page for clearing cache and cache partition.

@Jab7865: Further to above, after wiping the cache partition of your device, please try heading to the Phone app > Tap the 3 dots in the top right > Settings > Call display while using apps > Select 'Full screen' > Keep calls in pop-up > Off.

If the issue persists, please can you confirm if you're using a particular app when the calls come through? Does the issue still occur when the phone is in an idle state? As a workaround, you may wish to head to the Call settings > Answering and ending calls > Press Volume up to answer calls > On, as this should hopefully allow you to connect the call without the on-screen prompt.

Hey there

Did you use smart switch to bring your old device data over?

Yes? Wipe Partition Cache
No? Shouldn't need to do this on first update and would suggest there is another issue.
