When I am looking for a phone I watch reviews and read about the specs because I want to get value for my money and Samsung is convincing me every time to buy their phones. I have been ready to sacrifice battery life to get a phone that will not fail me feature wise and Samsung is this company, but now with this phone even the battery life is much better. Samsung phones also survived alot of accidental falls and they still have been good, the sound hasn't failed and signal was very good even after the phones had a fall and from all of them only S20U has a broken screen but it still works as a spare phone to use Internet on WiFi, with dead pixels and the OLED looks washed out but the speakers and the software is still good as new. Because they were good phones I never had to ask Samsung to replace a phone for me or send it for repair service. Obviously if a phone is so broken that its not worth repairing it its better to buy a new one. So I get it some people are getting faulty devices but Samsung has been very reliable for me that's why I chose their phones.
