S24 Ultra UK Version Shutter Sound

Hello, I bought the S24 Ultra phone a short time ago and I was searching in the settings for the feature to turn off the shutter sound, but I was surprised that it was not there, although it is available in my friends’ phones, I asked Samsung support and they told me it's not available in the UK version but you can mute your phone before taking the photo! What! 🤣 

I don't know what the point to make it not available in the UK and why and I don't think it's fair.

If I had known this was the case I was able to buy a global version phone but they didn't tell me they would block some features here because I live in the UK I can buy the phone from another country 🫤

I find the idea of removing the option from the camera settings is totally stupid. Specially when the same can be achieved by muting the phone.

I had not realised of this to be honest. However, removing the option will not stop people from taking pictures from unsuspected persons. They will change phone manufacturer, use a workaround or use 3rd parties applications.

In 99% of situations I agree, but the loud camera start up beep ("an app is using your camera one") and the shutter sound were a complete nightmare to deal with at a quiet moment in a wedding I was asked to take some pictures at recently.
