S24 Ultra sound issues

Has anyone experienced sound issues with the S24 ultra? I sometimes lose notification sounds completely or the sound is very distorted. Would be grateful for any advice.

There have been a few posts complaining about audio.

According to this S24 series brings unexpected audio upgrade of course one has to take any article on sammobile with a pinch of salt.

It is very likely that there is a problem with the speakers. If what sammobile published is true, let's hope that it is some driver issue that can be sorted with a firmware. I also recall another post saying that the audio was good.

I have the S22 Ultra and ordered the S24 Ultra. I will see how they sound when compare to each other.

This is a new phone and some teething problems are expected. Saying that, this is also a flagship phone with a heft price tag. It should be way better out the box.

My phone is so quiet I have to have buds or speakers in,I need to go to the Samsung shop and explain and get a REFUND

My S22 Ultra which I still have is so much louder,
I expected teething problems with the new AI and the new camera features, NOT the sound, this is ment to be the VERY BEST OF THE BEST!
Samsung missed this one,
Take it Samsung does not like music ... !

S24 ultra media sound buy additional speakers or buds,mYbe that's why so quite! Makes peaple buy acceories! Any body with any form of hearing difficulties Samsung does not like yous!

My volume is rubbish, it's getting lower every day.
I have asked samsung and there phone people just say it's got a excellent new chip!
That doesn't fix my sound issues,
Should of tried a new honer phone or maybe gone to the dark side and I phone

Over a thousand pound down the bin as the sound makes this phone useless, and Samsung says new chip and camera! Will Samsung fix my issues? Or tell me to go to Vodafone!

Bad sound on my S24.  When I listened to music from my phone on earbuds today (just to see what would happen), I discovered that the left channel is almost completely muted.  I checked the equalizer and it's set to distribute sound evenly between left and right.  I've filed an error report w/Samsung.

Yes!  I found the sound to be tinny, much inferior to my old Samsung Note 9, and that's why I returned it.
