S24 Ultra sound issues

Has anyone experienced sound issues with the S24 ultra? I sometimes lose notification sounds completely or the sound is very distorted. Would be grateful for any advice.

Sound is very poor, almost lost my job due to not hearing my alarm . Not good at all. However, the camera is excellent and it's still better than anything apple.

I often get distorted sound when receiving notifications or typing on the keyboard. Normally the problem disappears after a few seconds. 

Is this a hardware problem or can / will it be fixed with a software update?

Mine too very distorted, can not understand what the person is saying. All notifications sound very weird. My phone is 2 months old. Nothing spilled on it or dropped

I have been experiencing some issues with the audio quality while using Spotify on my phone. Occasionally, the sound becomes distorted and crackly, as if the speaker membrane is damaged. This problem has been occurring more frequently recently, despite my phone being only three months old. I am unsure whether this is a software issue or a hardware problem?

I found the bottom speaker noticeably really loud at bottom and quite at top!

I have  a problem with the external as well as the internal voice on the Samsung S24 Ultra for 2 months. The sound is so distorted or quiet from time to time that it is difficult to talk on the phone. I'm shocked that the quality is so tragic. Samsung service has not helped me with this issue. Does anyone know a solution to this problem?

I have the same issue, but not only with Spotify, but with every sounds from any application. This is the best Samsung phone, but I have never had something like that. This is crazy how Samsung has made so poor quality and a perishable loudspeaker. I have noted that the problem may be related to ambient temperature and humidity.

I've been having the same sort of issues, but I don't think it's a hardware issue. I think the two speakers are slightly out of sync. Sounds tinny, almost echoey, but it's driving me nuts

Hi everyone, when I facetime WhatsApp Facebook, etc. The listener says you sound like underwater or muffled sound or grinding sound or wind. Why? is a brand new phone that is never mistreated. Anyone can suggest something to solve this?
