S24 Ultra - not getting notifications for YouTube and X

I switched to the S24 Ultra last week from the S22 Ultra. In the past few days, I've stopped getting notifications for both YouTube and Twitter/X. I cleared the cache for both apps, but this made no difference. These are my notification settings for both apps. More apps may be affected, but these are the two I've noticed it with. Any idea how to fix this?

Yeah, I did go into each individual one to make sure settings were toggled on and they were.

So, after I reinstalled YouTube and I was getting notifications no problem for the past few days, it's now back to them not coming though. They all show within the app itself, but I'm just not getting them on the phone.

Sounds almost like the app is being put sleep in the background, check how much RAM you are using in the background overall.

Should I do a clean to stop background apps? YouTube is taking up less space compared to others at 119MB.

I'm having similar issues and Internet seems to be being very restricted
