Hope someone can help,

I have an S24 Ultra on UK Vodafone network. I know it's locked to Vodafone software as it says EUX-VOD for software. My phone says its up to date on MAY security update. Smart switch says the same. Is my phone up to date or is something wrong?

Wow where did you find it? But more importantly, is it UK baseband version? And if so, why has my phone not got those 2 updates?

Settings>software update>last update. Click the link, and that'll take you to the Samsung update page for your device.

If you want to check your csc code, then head to settings>About phone >software information. Scroll down to Service provider software version. Take a screenshot and post here.1723327218237_1723327218227_0.jpg1723327325158_1723327325151_0.jpg

I have no last update. It says no information about this update. 1723327532364.jpg

Well your service provider information is correct from what I can see, so I suspect it is a case of waiting for the next update.

Thank you for your help. I thought I would just check as it all seemed very suss since get back from repair and no updates for a while. Maybe just bad timing on my part 👍

That's all fine. Its a UK handset. You're just tied to Vodafone's ridiculous roll out program.

Any easy way to get out of Vodafones sluggish roll out program? ..... without getting a new phone 😂

The delay is down to Vodafone not Samsung, that's why I prefer to use unlocked handsets.

No. You can unlock it to any network, but you'll always have the Vodafone firmware and all the bloat that comes with it. There are ways to "unbrand" your device, but it'll void your warranty, so don't bother. Just chalk it down to experience.
