S24 ULTRA No software updates

Hope someone can help,

I have an S24 Ultra on UK Vodafone network. I know it's locked to Vodafone software as it says EUX-VOD for software. My phone says its up to date on MAY security update. Smart switch says the same. Is my phone up to date or is something wrong?

This is down to Vodafone, any smartphone locked to a network never gets updates as fast as unlocked handsets. Vodafone will have gotten the updates but they test them first which can take months and then they need to optimise them to work on their phones and apps. It sucks I know and then they need to wait for them to be signed off before releasing them to the end user. So you will need to be patient and wait, they sometimes skip updates if not important too.

Hiya, thanks for the reply. It just seemed weird cause before it got sent off for repair I got updates every month up to May a couple days after released for UK version. They said at the repair they did a software updates and since then nothing has come through so just seems weird.

It is strangely overdue, have you spoken to Vodafone customer service about it? If it helps my unlocked S24 Ultra had delayed updates. Definitely voice your concerns and check Vodafone forums to see if anyone else is having the same problem.

Vodafone customer service pointed me to Samsung and Samsung pointed me to Vodafone 😂 very helpful. I have looked but Vodafone forum has very few people using it if any but I will leave a comment and see. I have seen on Samsung forum other people asking a similar question as their phone software build number can't be found online either.
Phone is a contract phone from Vodafone UK.

I know the baseband version ends in AXD5 rather than UK variant AXD6 so I assume that's cause it's Vodafone variant software?

Believe me i understand how frustrating it is, Vodafone never used to lock their handsets, worth double checking the region is set to UK in settings too. If Vodafone didn't give you a UK handset that could explain it. I would complain to them and explain that since the repair updates have stopped and your phone is no longer secure from a cyber point of view and you use it for work also. Did you reset your phone when sending it in for repair?

How would I go about checking if it's set to UK in settings? I reset the phone as the USB port decided it didn't want to work anymore. Would flashing software for unlocked UK variant be a possibility?
