Hi, I placed an order for the S24 Ultra with ID Mobile on the 27th but they took so long to process the payment that it went past midnight on the 27th, and my invoice shows does the date the order was made is the 28th.
Does this mean my claim will be rejected?

The claim start date and end date are set by Samsung as well is the participating retailer ,so if a person falls outside ot those dates then the promotional items wouldn't be available @AlexanderJD

If you placed the sale on the 27th of February then that date really should be on their systems.
Have a word with your retailer is my suggestion to clarify.
