S24 ultra update

 I just got the s24 ultra but when I look for updates even the monthly security patches, it tells me that the phone is already up to date. Is this normal? I'm afraid I won't be able to access One UI 7 at this rate.

Your not alone, when I got this phone a few weeks back I got the latest security patch which is normal but I'm still yet to get the One UI 7 update

I've got the s24+ & still don't have the one ui7 update either so don't worry, when & if it arrives

Depends on where you got your phone from and if its been imported from another region.
If you do a forum search, there have been many many posts already. You will find possible answers in some of those

Did you get your S24's from a network or direct from Samsung?

Then you need to wait for the carrier to release their version.. Shouldn't take long..

I had this with my S21 ultra, you'll find all sorts of confusing posts claiming its your CSC code causing the problem with no explanation from anyone as to what it means or how it works. Essentially, my phone was manufactured for another region which stopped me getting over the air updates. In the end I flashed the latest update for my region to the phone via odin then I was getting updates. If it bothers you enough, try that
