Hi,
Here's a proof of the grainy screen issue. Samsung didn't reply on this.
Thanks on the help! S24 Ultra owner.

Yes I've seen other existing posts on the forum in regards to banding and grainy screens @Adi0
My phone is fine.
If your within your relevant cooling off periodthen you should act.
If your outside that then seek support from Samsung via your Samsung Members App. I appreciate you say Samsung have not replied. Is this via the Samsung Members App.
If I'm right I believe your not in the eu / Uk so should contact your own regions Samsung Customer Services.
If I can be of any further help then please don't hesitate to ask. 😎

Hi @Adi0
I cannot see it on my screen. The issue is very visible on your pictures. Sometimes the differences are not very easily seen on pictures posted here, but I can see the differences on yours.

Like the banding issue many users worldwide face, I am also facing a grainy screen problem.
Samsung's attitude about this issue is disappointing. Many people worldwide write about this problem on forum websites and contact service centers, and we only get "it is normal for AMOLED screens" as an answer.
This is not the first time in our lives we have used AMOLED screens. This is called the Mura effect, and you know it. Moreover, you know this is not normal. There is no such issue on the S23 Ultra or iPhone when you give them the screens.
The Mura effect is not just a problem when we use the phone indoors with dark themes. Watching films/TV series with dark scenes , etc., is disgusting.
This cannot be normal for a phone that claims to have the "best screen ever." Even watching films or using dark themes on the A52s is better.
If Samsung keeps this attitude, they are going to lose many customers.
