So I have my s24 ultra which I added my fingerprint to to open the phone. I do have a backup way to open it. But the phone keeps restarting itself and the fingerprint gets corrupted. Any advice on how to fix this issue or will I need to get a replacement

May i assume you've deleted the fingerprints to start again ? @zuccotti10

If so clear the phone's System Partition Cache Files Section to see if that helps and run the diagnostic tool found in your Samsung Members App.

If these don't help and you've tried all you can then Yes ask for a replacement before the cooling off period ends.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.

Thank you I did the diagnostic and it said everything was running how it's supposed to. I have redone the the fingerprint. Nothing has gone wrong since running the diagnostic. If it happens again I'll cleat the System Partition Cache like you've recommended.

Thanks
