Hi, I've had this issue once before. The last time this happened, I ended up restarting my phone again, and the problem just fixed itself. Just now, I restarted my phone and had the same issue again with my lock screen telling me my fingerprint data was corrupted and that I needed to delete the current fingerprints and add new ones. I went to my settings to attempt to do so and was (seemingly) able to delete all the fingerprints. However, when I tried adding new ones, the scan would stop at 91% and say that the fingerprint operation was cancelled. I tried restarting my phone after deleting all the fingerprints (I tried this multiple times now), and somehow the fingerprints are still there, mind you under the names fingerprint 1, 2, and 3 and not the names I originally labeled them with. I then read someone else's post on here that I should try clearing my phone's cache, which I did. The fingerprints were still there, and my fingerprint operation still tells me it cancels whenever I try checking the fingerprints, adding new ones, using an app that is registered with my fingerprints, etc. I need an actual solution to this that doesn't require factory resetting my phone because it seems to me a lot of other people have this issue and there is no solution. I have a Samsung Galaxy s24 if that makes any difference for this issue.

Replying to this immediately after because I went to restart my phone to try to grab screenshots of all the error messages to post along with this thread, and somehow the problem again fixed itself. This is really frustrating as I'm worried this will just happen again, and it will just be up to chance whether or not the issue fixes itself. I'd still like an actual solution to this if anyone has one for the future or for anyone else with this exact issue.
