Fingerprints not working after the update

I've just updated my s24 ultra and the fingerprints aren't working on my s24 ultra can someone help please

Have you tried removing and adding them again?

You could also try clearing the cache partition

I've removed the previous one now I can't do it

Cleared the cache partition aswell still the same

Hmm, you don't have a screen protector or anything do you?

I've just put one on now

It was the screen protector that was causing the issue

@sheikhAli: If your screen protector is affecting the sensitivity of the touch screen, then please head to Settings > Display > Touch sensitivity  > Toggle this option on.
