S24 Ultra find phone

Hello,

So I recently had my new s24 ultra stolen. When I tried to check it's last location I found out it was never updating my location.

Now, I have a new phone and the same issue seems to be happening. When I go on smart things find online or on the app, the location only seems to update when I was on the app or smart things browser.

Can anyone help and explain how I could make it constantly update the location of my phone?
