Dose this happen to you while using YouTube Short recording

I noticed a problem while recording a YouTube Short with my S24 Ultra. When I'm in a low-light environment, the phone starts to lag. If I move the camera to a well-lit area, everything goes back to normal. But as soon as I point it back to a darker spot, the lag comes back. I'm not sure if this is just happening with my phone only or if others have had the same experience. My S24 Ultra is only two months old, so it's pretty much brand new.

Can you explain in what way does it lag? Exposure? Jumping frames?

I just tested it with my S24, and mine has the same issue. It's more like a jumping frames thing. FYI, mine has an Exynos, and since OP has an Ultra, this is happening across the board.

That would indicate a non UK handset. UK Handsets are supplied with the Snapdragon 8. This is the UK users community, and therefore, answers will only apply to UK models. This needs to post to the local community for a more tailored response and especially if need a repair or Samsung support.

The Samsung Galaxy S24 and S24 Plus models are powered by the Exynos processor in regions outside of the United States, Canada, and China. Only the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra model is equipped with the Snapdragon processor globally.

That doesn't answer my question, I know that it lags when you point at a darker spot but how does it lag?
