S24 ultra Feb security patch stopped the sim 1 network and sim 2 not detecting

Any help will be great here
 
Today morning, Security patch 01/02/2025 Network connection Sim 1 is no longer available, error emergency call only and sim 2 not getting detected at all.
 
Before this all was working well
 
S24 Ultra SM-S928B
International version

Please note that if you are using the beta program, there are likely to be problems like this.

Go to Settings > Reset.
Reset mobile network settings.
Reset Wi-Fi and Bluetooth settings.

*Plug into a PC/laptop.

Hi

Tried reset of bluetooth, WiFi, mobile network 

Cleared cache, factory reset too

Same issue

One thing i observed when the WiFi and WiFi calling is on the sim 1 network appears. When WiFi is off back to emergency calling

The sim works fine in another phone. 

I am assuming that its not the network provider issue. 

Is there a way to downgrade the os to before the security patch application.

The security patch has broken this as before it was working just fine.
