S24 Ultra doesnt charge beyond 78%

My S24 Ultra doesn't charge beyond 78%. I have disabled the battery protection option also but it doesn't charge beyond 78%, does any one have the same problem and know the solution to it?

Can you try another Samsung charging cord and charger plug / brick just incase it's the one's your using that is at fault @Jaya Krishna T

If you are not using a Samsung option then try another 

Can you try wireless charging if your currently trying to charge using a plug and cord. 

Also use the Samsung Diagnostic tool found in your Samsung Members App.

Keep on mind any relevant cooling off period you have to swap the phone out.

This is 14 days if purchased from Samsung.com in the UK. 

At this early stage you should use the swap out option if the phone is displaying issues.

Have you rebooted the phone since disabling protect battery?
