Misreading Age

Hi there, Being driven crazy by new phone. (S24 Ultra). Checking out apps; 'TV' tells me I must be 16 to use. Whilst I'm very flattered, I can assure you I am well past that. I have checked my setting, D.O.B. correct? Help....

Initially it asked me to accept all the usual cookies etc; I did not. Might this be a way to force this? Not that it will allow me to go back and try of course. I'm at a loss...

I had this myself this week.

Please press down on the app, clear cache. Then do the same but this time clear all data.

That should let you get into the app again.

Thanks to you both. Yes it was happening with several apps. The ph was literally a cple hours old and I was trying to set it up. Found the issue..Essentially being forced to accept all cookies. I was trying to only have essential. Uninstalled the app. Im stubborn and dont want to be forced to do things i dont want. Haha. Right now, I'd give anything to have my 8 yr old ph back. It was slow but I knew what I was doing.
