S24 ultra - Display not as vibrant as in earlier phones, and sound not clear

Hello everyone, I received my Samsung S24 ultra device today and I have 2 problems. The colors, which are very faded, are not as vibrant as in earlier phones, and the sound, which is far from clear, is more reminiscent of an old Nokia phone. Does anyone have a similar problem?

Omg I thought I was the only one who thought the sound was a bit off. I upgraded from a note 10 and ngl kinda disappointed
