S24 Ultra Dex Mode - Unable to use phone as mouse/trackpad

Hi Community,

I'm also facing this issue. I'm not able to use my phone as trackpad. Can someone please let me know if there should be anything set-up in accessibility  settings or is it missing in S24 series?

"Use your phone as a touchpad" is not appearing at all.

My friend had this when connecting to Dex, I noticed an icon appear which I didn't recognise...turned out it enabled the trackpad.

Don't have an image of it though, but see if an icon appears

Hey when you have dex connected on your monitor or TV. On your phone swipe up or touch the bottom where the back button/home button would be. There's an icon in the left of the screen. Next to the button to bring up all the apps that are running.

When I connect to DeX, I don't receive this icon in notification bar neither a normal notification. I've seen someone in other posts saying the feature was removed when you connect via USB, but I've tried both USB and wireless connection. Also, I just downloaded the DeX app for PC, it's up to date.

@lucasvoj: The feature should be available when connected via USB (as illustrated on page 128 of the user manual, linked below). If your mobile device’s case has a front cover, open the front cover to use your
mobile device as a touchpad. If the front cover is closed, the touchpad may not work properly.
