S24 ultra charging issue

My S24 Ultra was charging without any problem in the first two months, but now it has been two weeks that the same charger does not charge my phone in any way.
I disabled the fast charging option to see if it does normal charging as well, but I saw that it does not charge at all.
I took the charger to the dealer from whom I had a warranty, they changed it and gave me a new charger. I hit the phone right there and it didn't charge at all. Bringing another S24 Ultra phone to the same charger, it charged instantly.
How is it possible that my S24 Ultra phone, which I bought less than 2 months ago, has a problem so soon?
Even today, I backed up the entire phone, did a factory reset, but it still doesn't charge at all. Of course, it charges with the same 45-watt charger, and when I connect it to the original Xiaomi 35-watt charger, it charges.
I connect my phone to my gaming laptop and it charges.
I charge other phones to that S24 charger as well. Both charger and cable are original with warranty.
is there any hidden ussd code to check battery phone, or Is there another way that I have not done?

I mean, I have to turn off the phone and then hold the power and volume up keys and then go into the menu and then choose wipe cache partition . is it correct?

OK, I will definitely do it and I will share the result here for others. Just tell me if there is a similar solution for that USSD command code 9900 to access mentioned menu on the phone?

Universal Test Menu - *#8999*8378#
Diagnostic Configuration - *#9090#
General Test mode *#0*#
Access Samsung USB Settings - *#0808#
And there's more but I don't think there's specific alternative to 9900 one in regards of battery

hey buddy
1- That wipe cache partition didn't work for my phone by holding power and volume up buttons at the same time after powering off and during boot till to see the samsung logo.

2- Those other command codes that you gave me are also executed by my mobile operator and give "connection problem or invalid MMI code" message.

3- by switching off auto blocker still have the main issue

Have you ever been able to solve such a problem with software?
