I bought a new s24 ultra in February cause my last note20 ultra battery life was cut in half. I've been having the same problem with this s24 for a week now. Battery was good, very good. When i checked the device care it said would last 1day+ and it did. But suddenly 1 days it was cut in half, it says that it lasts just 10hours of full charge. I didnt install any new app, didnt download anything, didnt drop it. It just says will last for 10 hours and i cant do anything. It happened with my last phone note 20ultra, but i thought the battery went bad cause i had it for 3 years. Now im sensing samsung is doing smth with the updates. Please someone help me. And yes ive tried factory reset, wiped cache, safe mode, battery recalibration. Everything. My last resort is to install a custom ROM. Please help!!

Hi @TheMamoth
Run the diagnostic tool found in your Samsung Members App to see if that highlights anything.
You could also have a Samsung Service Centre have hands on.
If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask 😎
Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.
The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

i have the S24U mexican and I bought a S24U to my girlfriend last weekend the European version, Iam a very advanced user so I tested all and I know the phone should settle the first 7 day but the battery life is pretty bad just using WhatsApp, what I saw was more background consumption of Android Auto.
Is important to check the background battery usage of your apps to look up for anomalies, for example One UI has too much background battery usage in my case so I believe it's the culprit of battery drain.
Check how many hours One UI is using in your phone in background, I think there is a bug in last firmwares that make ONE UI consume a lot.
Check how is battery consumption in background in every app since the last charge, this is a good way to check which application is draining battery.
