The camera quality is bad, especially noticed when comparing with a year old iphone or other current gen phones.

Photos are washed out, have some noise and are blurry which is immediately noticed once zoomed a bit in the photo. And this is for both daylight and night photos.

The lower gesture bar portion need to have more height because the side swipe gestures to change between apps aren't triggered when using any case that has slightly raised edges on bottom of the phone. It really requires user to dig finger at the most bottom side of the screen to switch them.

The battery life is around mediocre, definitely expected much better battery life from the newest gen phone. Reviewers are still not objective enough when testing the phones.

I waited more than 5 years to upgrade from my Note 10+ and expected much more. Definitely got a better screen and overall performance, but the aspects above mentioned ruin the experience of such an expensive phone.

If your phone is less than 2 weeks old I would take it back and get a replacement 👍

The camera is really bad. I had an Oppo FindX5 before "upgrading" to this sack of shh..amsung.

The quality of the Oppo is far superior, which was my main reason for "upgrading".. apparently the best camera on the market... don't waste your money, it's far from the best.

I have upgraded from a pixel 7 to this bomb. I can't believe that the pics in this phone are so bad. They are way worse that my 3 years old pixel and the phone screen is also very poor. I feel ripped off. I so regret not upgrading to pixel 9 pro instead of this *****

I had an A52s 5g. Pictures and video excellent so much so I didn't bother to upgrade when my contract expired. I kept having to replace the port on the phone and therefore eventually gave in. Photos and videos are the main aspect for me when purchasing a phone and so I did quite a bit of research. The S24 Ultra camera came up with a excellent write-up. I'm not bothered about the fancy pen or watch aspect. The new S24 ultra is complete waste of money. I have gone back to using my old phone for taking photos and videos

I must imagine the developers receiving feedback on this forum how the camera is ***** and they are clueless how to improve..  after 2 months of torture I decided to sell my s24 ultra. Samsung sorry but I will never come back again. You just don't know how to build phones only displays. I would close to your mobile department. Stick to displays only. :smiling-face:

"I can't believe this: the camera on my S24 Ultra is terrible. I paid a lot of money for this flagship phone, yet my iPhone SE was better than this."

I purchased a s24 ultra. The camera is the worst I've ever seen in my life.

I'm so disappointed with the night photos taken on my S24 (purchased November 2024). I compared my photos to an S23, iPhone & Oneplus 12. All were far far better. My partner had the Oneplus & when we went away for New Year, I had to use his for all the outside nighttime photos.  In New Year's Eve I watched other people using different phones & getting great shots. When I used mine the difference was unbelievable. Very very poor.

I contacted Samsung about it after 2 weeks & they told me to use the Night mode,  but I shouldn't have to keep changing the mode whenever I'm taking a photo. No one else does.

I've had Samsung phones for years but I am going to change,  and I think I will be doing it sooner rather than later.  The OnePlus is far cheaper and I'm not sure what I've got for the extra money ... ☹️

I agree , I take MANY photos.  I use to could take a photo of a individual snowflake with the 22uktra & 21 with great detail. The 24 ultra won't focus, or anything. Almost let's in too much light as well. I've been very disappointed.  I trade up each year, but I'm thinking of switching to a different phone. I bought these for camera specifically, & it's not ALL THAT
