S24 Ultra AOD clock issue

Hi folks. I have an issue with the AOD clock on S24 Ultra. There are no clock options and I can't control the AOD clock brightness. Not great. On my S23 Ultra the version is 8.5.66. On S24 Ultra it's 8.7.96.13. A real downgrade. Can't see it at night. Any fix or am I the only one?

No for some reason those settings and features have been removed
It's one thing I don't understand why as like you. I want a brighter clock on display.
Just seems strange they have gone the iPhone route
All I can say is to go into the support section on the Members App and leave feedback there.
The more people that do the more development teams will see

Yes, and also, I've noticed that they've removed the option to add your emoji to AOD, which I'm annoyed about, between that and the washed out screen, I'm a little disappointed. I'm really hoping the washed-out screen gets fixed soon. If not, my device might have to get sent back because it's not worth the money.

In Galaxy themes, I noticed they still have AOD options I've tried a few of those (even though none of them are what I want, I prefer my clock with my emoji) and I did notice that when I selected a certain AOD, it changed the colour of the clock to pink, but there was no way for me to change it, it was it was pre-programmed with the AOD theme.

I did the same thing. It's not great. I read or heard that the washed out screen is due to the anti reflective properties.

That's what I thought originally, but it can't be because s24 and s24P users are also complaining about it, and they're screens, don't have the anti glare built in. Apparently, it's a SW issue linked to build no - AWM9 according to one youtuber.

I'm not sure why they are copying Apple with the AOD wallpaper, in my opinion it's awful. It makes the AOD background too bright, and it's boring, looking at the same wallpaper. I like seeing the contrast of the screen being in use and when it's not. I'd rather have a black screen, with useful widgets that are the colour of the app logo, instead of one uniform colour, so you can instantly tell what app it is, access to change the clock face to something I like, and the ability to add some personalisation with the AOD lmage, what they a had before was perfectly fine. Apple copied them, and they've downgraded to Apple's basic version. 🙄 If they wanted to introduce the wallpaper AOD, that's fine, but they could have left the original settings as well.

Agreed. It could be managed in the S23 Ultra. Not here sadly.

Oddly, this morning, AOD clock is available. I can choose design as long as I stick with white text. Yay.
