The phone was working fine for a year, but after the UI7 upgrade it crashes randomly 2 to 3 times a week. Anyone else is having this experience?

Yep I understand that, I am a software engineer myself ...so far what "we know" is, problems started since the UI7 upgrade...immediately after I mean, so that would mean that it is 99% software related, unless the new version of the OS + UI7 triggered a hidden HW fault.
It happens during the night as well as when I login. Since I need to sleep at night (tonight is an exception), the only thing I can try to keep an eye on is the login part. I started by disabling the Face Unlock, to see if this has anything to do with it. Still I find it puzzling that after all these delays coming out with UI7 (android 15) Samsung has some serious bugs in the software...obviously I am assuming (and hope) it is software related.

Update: After switching off the face recognition, the login crashes went away. I only had a restart after connecting with a USB table transfering a few GBs of photos, disconnecting normally and waiting for a minute. Beyond that incident, I did not have any more crashes, so the login-face sequence must have some serious issues. Installing the latest update now, let's see if this fixes things or makes them worse

Thanks for the update. If this very unusual issue occurs again, I highly recommend submitting an Error report at your earliest convenience.
You can send an Error report in the Samsung Members app > Support > Send feedback> Click the arrow icon > Choose the most appropriate category > Ensure 'Send system log data' is ticked > Send > Allow the Samsung Members app to run in the background so that it can collect the error logs.
To attach data, such as video clips and screenshots, please click on the paperclip icon.
I expect you're up and running now, but I provided the Error report instructions just in case you need them.

Thank you for the instructions on how to send the error report. I will use it the next time something goes wrong. Actually I was wondering how to do so, because when I opened the Members app a week ago, it did ask me to send the error report by itself, and I did so. Then after more crashes it didn't ask me again and I was looking on how to invoke that manually. Now I will just follow your instructions. Thanks again.
