Hey I got my s24 ultra 1tb for about 2 weeks now.
I noticed phone is slowing down or its takes much longer to open apps sometimes or even slowing down when loading pages or browsing internet.
Sometimes phone opens apps in split second and then I can feel like it takes twice longer to react or open anything.
I already did factory reset, waping cache, reseting phone, I always maintain optimalization.
I have no idea what is going on but phone does not feel smooth like it did in first day, its much slower then before and I dont know if this is software issue ,everything is up to date, Its really annoying when for example scroolling thrue facbook or just opening simple app takes like 2 sec just to open, lags overall phone feels laggy.
I already replaced phone twice and I dont think doing that again will fix that.
I know nothing works perfect, but cmn, You expect much better from flagship phone and overall phones struggles a bit, and its feel like its does not offer more good thing then bad

Hi @Hepsonnn
Can you try these troubleshooting steps
> Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too { Possibly excluding the s²⁴ Series of phone's }
> Safe Mode > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/ turns off downloaded apps and themes etc which may highlight an app or theme that's causing conflict. Alternatively long press the power off button and then long hold on Turn Off to get to Safe Mode.
Also if you activate developer options the transition scales can be changed.
If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask 😎

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

I just mention that I did cache clear Sir I have basic apps and 2 games from google play, no apps causing the issue , like I mention I did factory reset so everything was stock and should be fine, safe mode did not help as well. Will keep looking for other to reply and meanwhile I will wait for some software updates, as replacing the phone over and over again its pointless and time wasting

I notice that you had the same issue with your Fold 6 (which I presume you returned)?
You said you've replaced the device twice?
You've previously had various other issues in your previous posts. Things like server updates taking up to a minute?
This makes me think it is something you're doing that is causing the issues, not the devices themselves.

Turn off RAM plus. I think it is set to 8 GB by default.

If so, there lies the issue, try doing another factory reset & and set up the device from new.
If you didn't, I'd say just give it a while.
I personally use ccleaner Pro to clear the apps cache every once in a while, as well as clearing the cache partition that you've already done.
Just my preference.
Hope this helps.

We need to learn and understand everything about the AI in order to use it...
Same for the phone...
When the first I phone was designed it was done to make things simple..
Things are not so simple anymore...
I have similar issues..
I went from and an oppo x find pro 3 to the Samsung...
Phone companies over complicating there tech and bringing out new models all to often...
Not to mention saving the world and the throw away society..
Sorry Rant over...
I'm not overly impressed with my Samsung S24ultra
I mean it's ok but not that much better for what it's supposed to be and what it is...
Battery life is also poor
They bring new phones out all the time.
But don't supply chargers?
To save the world?
Very very questionable
If they brought one Good phone out every 3 years, but if it was 10xs better than the last and supplied it with amazing capabilities and a charger
We wouldn't want to replace them less throw away..
