So I just recently bought a brand new S24+ from Swappa, not sure if this will be of use, but I'm attempting to transfer all my photos from my PC to my new phone before I fully activate it. My current phone, an S10+, has all the photos but a majority became corrupted over time.
The folder I'm trying to transfer over has 36,720 photos exact from my PC to the S24+, but only 36,023 have transferred. What could be the issue? Do I need a new card, factory reset the phone? I think I'm gonna lose my mind, everything else is fine but that folder specifically.
