S24 can't update

Guys I have an s24 but I'm unable to download the latest version of one iu. It keeps saying my software is up to date. Does anyone have any tips?

You could try plugging up to PC and using smartswitch.

Lots of threads on this already.

I suspect your device was bought from a different region to the one you live in.

Which country are you in?
Which retailer did toy buy your device from?

I have done some digging and found that my device is from the US but I bought it from a refurbisher called back market in the UK which is where I live.

If Smartswitch doesn't work, you may need to get a USA sim card and pop it in so the device recognises it then try again

Or return the device

If it is a U version for USA, you could Google how to change it to U1 to get updates in UK, which is what I did for my S24 that is the Snapdragon US version. Now downloads the ota updates without any issues.
