Vibration error

My S24 Ultra started making a strange vibrating noise today. It sounds awful when I get notifications or messages. Is there a solution?

If your vibration sounds different, it's probably a physical fault. May need a repair

To be sure- settings- sound and vibrations- adjust settings...if nothing works It seems to be hardware.

Out of curiosity- go to samsung members app- support- diagnostics- all pass?

Yes, I did and it didn't work.

I made the diagnosis through the Members app, and in the vibration section it does nothing, it does not vibrate.

It's strange to me, as it was working well in the morning, and suddenly it started to sound ugly.

Being the vibration is a physically moving thing it can kinda mess up any point, rare but still can happen. May be worth contacting samsung support
