s24+ Camera doesn't save to gallery?

So when I take a photo using the camera using an app such as a flashcard app  the picture doesn't show up in the gallery even though it's clearly there?

Looking at some of the app permissions  I only get the option to change how i'm notified, i know the phone is saving the pictures because i see the flashcard updated with the pictures?

@James3200: I'm not familiar with the Flashcard app, however I recommend swiping up from your Home screen > Samsung (folder) > My Files > Internal storage > Check the available options here. It may have its own dedicated folder, or may be a sub-folder in 'DCIM' or 'Pictures'. If you find what you're looking for, press and hold on an image > Tap the 3 dots in the bottom right > Open with. Is 'Gallery' available as an option?
