Help my WhatsApp video is blur ly

Since Tuesday my videos that are sent in WhatsApp are all blury on the right hand side. Phone has been fine up until then. Camera is fine, video in gallery is normal, if I send in HD it's fine. 

I have updated my phone ans WhatsApp app, uninstalled and re installed the WhatsApp app. It is still happening. I have a Samsung s24 plus. I don't know what else to do. My diagnostic test on the phone all come back normal

I have cleared my cache. But also noticed Meta AI has gone, not sure if its another update but now back to normal. I have my apps set to update automatically

The other thing you can do is go to WhatsApp settings, chats, pictures/ video quality and change it there to send all messages in HD not standard. Then you don't have to select it on every message you send

Sorry so what did you do to get it back to normal? I've lost so many videos and things from reinstalling WhatsApp, I'd really appreciate your help fixing this. Thank you

What is Meta Ai? Is that a WhatsApp thing? Did you update your phone? I wonder if its a Samsung S24 Plus thing

Find the app. Press and hold it. An (i) will come up, tap that, then select storage, then bottom right hand side clear cache

This should not effect your messages/ shared media but just in case back up your chat
