Hi All, does anyone know how I get the redemption voucher for a free galaxy whatch and buds when I took out my contract please.

The contract was with Vodafone but it was coming from Samsung

Did you order from Samsung.com and selected Vodafone contract or did you order from Vodafone.co.uk

Either way you would have received details either from Samsung or Vodafone detailing how to claim.

Many Samsung offers require you to add the promotional items into your order basket.

Vodafone do things differently...

Also when did you place your device order
