Record Calls

Hi

Can anyone know how to successfully disable Record Calls as I do not want this feature.  I have gone through phone settings. Next screen is Call Assist with Text call, Live Translate and Record calls.  On selecting Record Calls I do not get option to turn this off.  This has happened since an update and is so frustrating.  Any suggestions will be helpful.  Thanks.

Try Below

To disable call recording on a Samsung device, navigate to the Phone app, then Settings, and find the "Record calls" or similar option. There, you can toggle off automatic call recording or manage other call recording settings. 

Steps to disable call recording on Samsung: 

1. Open the Phone app:

Locate and open the standard Phone app on your Samsung device. 

2. Access Settings:

Tap on the three dots (more options) usually located in the top right corner of the screen, and then select "Settings". 

3. Locate Call Recording Settings:

Look for options related to "Record calls," "Call recording," or "Auto record calls". 

4. Disable Auto Recording:

If you want to turn off automatic call recording, toggle the switch for "Auto record calls" to the off position. 

5. Manage other settings:

Some devices may offer additional settings, such as the ability to delete older recordings or adjust storage locations for recordings

On my S25+ calls don't get recorded automatically. You have to instigate the recording for each call

That is really strange because on a Samsung Galaxy s24 there is there is an automatic call recording but on the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra for some of Reason it's gone can anyone tell me why

Same thing for me…there is no way to delete the function and I hate it.  I have always been a Samsung customer and this is going to make me switch.  Why can’t we remove it???.

Auto record calls is not an option and it sucks.  No way to remove it from S24.
