I bought a new S24 Plus and when i bough it, the offer was for a watch, when i try to claim the offer I was told this offer is now finish, the phone , I bought the phone on the 27 Jan and collected it on 19th Feb. I explained to the guy in the shop and he assure me that i can still claim a set of airbuds and something else, I dont remember what that was, I came home and try to claim and its now saying I cannot claim because the dates set for claim is now between 31st Jan and 27th Feb. This means I pre-order a phone and no free gift when everyone else who bought a phone before and after me received their free gift, I may as well send this phone right back and wait until my current contract ran out next month and get it that way

Hey there

The Samsung Watch 6 promotion ran until 25th January 2024. So you didn't pre-order I'm afraid.

The Buds promotion commenced (I think from memory) on 31st January.

So if you ordered on 27th January, I'm not recalling any offers other than some money off at that time.

Happily corrected if others know differently on here but the watch offer definitely ended on 25th January.

That's your choice but I don't think you'll qualify for the Watch as stated above. It wasn't bought when the promotion was live.

I didn't pre order myself as I wasn't wanting the Samsung Watch ⁶ as I was waiting instead for the Samsung Watch ⁶ Classic 47mm to hopefully come on which it did after the Pre ordering stage had ended. 

It had a 30% offer on the watch when bought with the phone. 

At that time the Samsung Buds² Pro and Samsung SmartTag² also became available to take advantage as promotional free items. 

The eligible dates are >

Purchase a qualifying Samsung Galaxy S24, S24+ or S24 Ultra between 31/01/2024 - 27/02/2024 from a participating retailer. Claim Samsung Galaxy Buds2 Pro in graphite and a SmartTag2 in black within 30 days of purchase. UK/ROI/CI and IOM 18+ only. Full Terms & Conditions apply.

So as correctly advised by @Piper123 you did purchase the phone out of the eligible dates unfortunately. 

It is your responsibility to check what if any promotional products are available if they are a deal breaker part of the purchase of the phone. 

In regards to returning the phone if purchased directly from Samsung UK you'll have a return period of 14 days. 

If purchased from a reseller then you'd need to check their cooling off period terms.

I purchase from Samsung online direct. Ordered on 27th collected on the 19th, so I believed, I'm still within the 14 day period. Furthermore, the link Samsung send clearly included a watch. If that was the case they shouldn't sent me that link

When I ordered the watch was shown on the order and did not have to be claimed. It was delivered at same time and in same package as phone. Not sure what happens in store.
