Quick Panel Gone After Update

After an update to my S24 Ultra, the quick panel is no longer available to access when I swipe down from the top.  I didn't change any settings prior to the update so the the problem started with the update.  

I've restarted my phone without success of restoring the panel.  I'm not tech savvy so if you provide a solution, instructions on performing the fix are needed.

You have to swipe from the very top right corner. Latest update is NOT a good idea!!

Used to be able to swipe down for quick access panel. That no longer works

Have no idea what you're talking about, but swiping down for the quick access panel does work.

Ok I figured it out swipe down like b4 then swipe across, it comes up as normal from there..

But it does work, that's why I have no idea what you're even saying. In fact none of the notifications and quick access menu actions have been lost, but instead we have an even better and a new intuitive way of seeing either option separately on top of using the older way. In other words, we have gained a new customisation to the UI without losing the older way of how it used to be. So if this is the argument this whole conversation is about, it's a baseless dispute over nothing
