Hello,

I purchased a Galaxy S24 Ultra at the end of March and was disappointed to find that the promotions for a free Galaxy Tab or Galaxy Watch, which were available in February and April, did not apply to the month I made my purchase. Could you clarify if these promotions are strictly limited to purchases in February and April? Also, was there perhaps another promotion in March that wasn’t as well-publicized?

Thank you for your help.

Hello @MagicWhistle, the S24 Ultra is a great choice! What's the exact date of purchase?

Your purchase is entitled to 12 months Disney+: https://www.samsung.com/uk/boost/disneyplusfullterms/ 😊

Thank you Serene, are they not all expired though? And doesn't this require you to subscribe using your credit card?

I guess not particularly useful for people who purchased at the end of the month. Is there anything to help customers buying close to the expiry date? Many thanks

Hi Serene,

Just following up on this request, especially as it's nearly a month, and it would be a shame to miss out on redeeming an offer. Is it possible to claim this month's offer given the other has expired? Surely there is leeway for customers who purchased Samsung products near the end of the month and wish to make a claim. Otherwise, shouldn't the offers highlight that to claim, you should really make a purchase towards the beginning of the month? Your prompt response would be appreciated.
