I bought a Samsung S24 in March. Offers was with a Galaxy Tab A9.
I sent the picture , I filled the forms , I waited .
then I contacted the support , and since March / April : nothing .
I'm OK to send a new pic if necessary , but allow me to update the form .
who else in that case ?
