I have migrated my WhatsApp from my old S20 PLUS to new S24 ultra, but the second whatsapp couldn't open for configuring. I have migrated my esim also to new phone and I'm on international roaming with the esim. Samsung asks to reset the whole device to factory settings but no guarantee that it can solve the issue. Moreover I'm not in a situation to reset the phone. I have heard similar issues from others who use S24 ultra and it was never solved. Samsung should take responsibility and rectify this issue. After Buying an ultra phone, if Samsung can't help us, then no future for it.

I have the exact same issue. Tried wiping the phone cache partion via recovery mode but issue still persists. Migrated from note 20u to s24u.

Is the issue sorted on your end? I have the exact same issue, and not at all happy with these issues considering we purchased a flagship.

same problem facing .. trying many of solution didn't work , second WhatsApp not login!
