Problem in Normal Calls

Hi there, has anyone faced a issue in s24 ultra when you were on a normal call the opposite person cannot hear properly what you are talking. But this issue only happens during normal call and not on during WhatsApp or any other calls. Do someone has the solution for this?

Ive been having the same issue particularly if someone is wearing a headset, when i talk the first word is never picked up

Are you with vodafone by any chance? I'm having same issue and seems to be an issue with their volte not working. Still trying to get it resolved.

hello I also have the same problem I carried out a restoration of the phone change of SIM card the problem is still there Samsung does not respond to any message I send

This is insane, as I have just got my samsung s24 plus this calling issue is a problem on normal calls and WhatsApp although on WhatsApp it's better but normal direct calls is problem

I also keep having this issue randomly. Sometimes on Important calls which I can't afford to waste and the other party keeps complaining that they can't hear anything!! Is there any solution for this Samsung?! I'm on a couple of months old S24U

In Settings / Device care / Diagnostics / Phone diagnostics ... you can test out your mic, speaker, and everything else.  

You first have to rule out your provider before blaming the phone, right?

Been having this issue since getting the phone, I know it's not network as I have another phone on the same network that doesn't cause this issue. Does anyone know a fix?

Same here with A35. sounds stellar with music and gaming along with its  presets from moondrop app but messenger calls and normal calls sound very distorted.
